For most issues/questions, you can expect to receive a reply within 3 days. However, depending on the content, and how many contact form reports we are receiving at any one given time, the speed of reply could increase to a week or more. Also, please consider posting your question/issue on the forums. Replies are generally quite quick on there and the same issue/question may have been already raised. - Bug Reports

You can quickly report bugs using the bug reporting service inside of the actual program (under Help -> Report Bug). However, bug reports that are sent using this contact form are still accepted. Alternatively, you can also report bugs using this forum. - Privacy

Please do not include sensetive data such as your address, credit card details or phone number when submitting the contact form. Your details are not encrypted before being sent over the internet and so are susceptible to interception from outside sources. This form is intended for general enquiries, and I would suggest that if you are writing about a personal/payment issue, you write directly to support@universalconverter.net or sales@universalconverter.net respectively.
